Refund Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day refund policy. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy:
In addition to our refund policy, we also offer a 14-day return policy for all non-customized items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days.

Customized Items:
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds on customized items, as these are made to order specifically for you.

Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@sofaelegant.co.ke with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by sending a replacement item or offering a refund.
